Palermo was a one man wrecking crew this weekend for the Falcons against Tarleton State hitting .615 with a 1.231 slugging percentage.  On Friday, the senior's first home run of the season cut into a three-run deficit.  He would double in the sixth inning and score the tying run.  Palermo would score once more as insurance in the eighth inning in the 7-4 win, the first in program history over the Texans.  He stayed red-hot on Saturday with three doubles in two games.  In the second game of the double header, Palermo went 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles, an RBI and scored a run.  In Sunday's 16-3 win, he would add another double while driving in a pair of runs. He raised his season average nearly .100 points with six extra base hits.  Palermo finished the weekend with 16 total bases and five RBI.
