Rivera started his Falcon career with a team-high 17 points and nine rebounds at Adams State.  He added in a steal and two blocks in the 101-98 season-opening victory.  The next night at Western Colorado, Rivera was once again a force for the Falcons.  The Amarillo native scored 16 points on 7-10 shooting to go along with eight rebounds in the win.  He currently sits third in the conference with 16.5 points per game and eighth with 8.5 rebounds per game, both team highs.  Rivera was also a perfect 7-7 from the free throw line.
