Williams and the Falcon defense held Western New Mexico to their worst offensive output outside of Abilene Christian and Angelo State, allowing just 223 total yards. While the senior made just two tackles on senior night, his presence was certainly felt in the first half. Williams got the Falcons on the board in the second quarter with a safety. After the Falcons scored on the ensuing drive, Williams deflected a pass at the line which led to an interception and another Falcon touchdown. He capped off his half with a one-yard touchdown run with 10 seconds on the clock to make it a two-score game.
