Lindsey Garcia

Lindsey Garcia enters her fifth season as the head coach of the UTPB Falcons. 

In her third season Lindsey led the 2015 team to finish with the best Heartland Conference record since joining the NCAA in 2008. Lindsey has coached eight colligate standouts earning All-Conference team recognition; Heartland Conference teams (Ebony Campbell, Erica Ancich, Ashley Redwine, Jasmin Lopez, Alyssa Eich). LoneStar Conference teams (Kelsey Bryd, Chenoa Crites, Deonna Green).

Ogden Utah native, earned her A.A. degree through Iowa Western, the 2007 national champion runner up, team recognized in NJCAA Hall of Fame. During her time in Iowa Lindsey was responsible for leading and coaching Council Bluffs Football Club U-12 girls’ club team.

Coach Garcia earned a B.A. in Psychology from Southwest Baptist University receiving recognition on the 2009-2010 All-MIAA Conference. While in Missouri, she served as a coach and volunteered for the Bolivar Sports Association. Going on to compete semi-professionally within the WPSL league for Sparta United, now a NWSL team partnered with Real Salt Lake’s MLS team.  
Prior to joining the UTPB Falcons she coached with the professional organization, Real Salt Lake youth development academies and Coerver Mountain West Soccer Training Academies.

Lindsey is also a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern, United Soccer Coaches Member, Sport Psychology-Intern, CrossFit Football Certified Coach, and therapeutic yoga instructor.
